It's hard to believe that it's just been a month since we launched our new online shop. Thankfully, it was just in the nick of time, so that we could continue to serve you during these challenging changes. We've received almost 600 orders since the March 10, 2020 launch and we're doing our best to keep up at a good pace, while working solo in the shop. Thank you for your amazing support. It brings us a lot of joy to get these supplies to you so you can continue crafting, now more than ever.

Like every other small business out there, we want to survive and we are making this up as we go. From day to day, we are checking in with how everything feels and making the best decisions that we can. This week feels like the right time to pause our curb side pick up option. Our final day for pick up will be this Saturday April 11th, 2020 12-5pm. The deadline to have your order ready for Saturday will be midnight Thursday April 9th. We'll take the pick up option off the website at that time temporarily.

Should you not be able to coordinate picking up on Saturday, please get in touch and we can make other arrangements. We'll figure out a way or time for you to get your order for sure.

We are currently working three shifts (morning, afternoon & night) with a single person in the shop. Strangely, our staff goal is to never see each other!

Fabric orders require a significant amount of time to prepare as we carefully check each bolt, cut the requested amount and repeat. It's not unusual for an order of 25+ fat quarters to take an hour to process. We treat each of your orders with care and it all takes time, so we appreciate your patience.

There's no question we're falling behind on emails and other things, but we are honestly working non-stop over here and with less than half the team we used to have. We are truly delighted to be too busy and actively working on managing everything more smoothly day by day.

PLEASE NOTE : You will be notified when your pick up order is ready via email. If you ordered under the deadline, your order is being worked on. Due to the overwhelming amount of orders we received, we may not physically be able to have them all ready for Saturday. (We are doing our best under the single person circumstances) We will definitely provide you with another opportunity for pick up.
