🎉 Celebrating 17 Years! 🎉 (& 1 Year in Sprucedale🌲)
We had a pretty perfect anniversary celebration last Saturday in Sprucedale! Thank you to everyone who brightened our day with their happy smiles and presence at our first outdoor/indoor event, featuring a fun Pop-Up Maker Market and sale. It was amazing to see both our indoor and outdoor spaces filled with our community from near and far.

Handmade Getaway in Sprucedale!
the workroom Sprucedale invites you to join us for an immersive weekend of Fabric, Friends & Food at our very first Northern Handmade Getaway in the Almaguin Highlands.
Attendees will spend the weekend sewing in our Historic General Store second floor studio. Bring one project or many to work on with access to all the space, tools and equipment you need. Whether you choose to work on patchwork, garments, accessories, or hand work - one on one guidance, advice and tutorials will be available to help you reach your making goals for the weekend. Pop down to the first floor retail space to purchase additional supplies at any time over the weekend.

A couple months ago, we announced we'd be leaving 1267 Queen Street and changing how we do business in order to keep the workroom alive. A big part of the equation of our new structure is moving the retail/online shop out of Toronto to reduce the exorbitant brick & mortar costs that we can no longer sustain. I'm delighted to finally share with you that we just got the keys to the workroom's new permanent home. Welcome to your first sneak peek of the workroom Sprucedale.
