THE WORKROOM PARKDALE : This workshop is scheduled to take place in our new studio at 207 Cowan Avenue, Unit A. We can't wait to welcome you there!

The Pineapple Log Cabin is both a dynamic and fun version of this classic block. It is perfect for two colour simplicity or a super scrappy palette. Often sewn with foundation piecing you will learn a few grid ruler tricks to create this block with less fuss. As a bonus, you’ll also learn the easiest way to create a cushion back with button closures.

This patchwork class is one 3-hour session.

Instructor : Johanna Masko

Prerequisite : We recommend our beginner sewing class, Sewing Machine Essentials or equivalent experience. Students should know how to thread a sewing machine to take this class.

CLASS SUPPLIES : Class fees include workshop registration and in-shop use of sewing machines and irons. All supplies, materials and personal tools are to be provided by each student, unless otherwise specified. Upon enrolment, a Class Confirmation and Supply List will be emailed by our shop team so that these items can be gathered or purchased prior to the class. We welcome a visit, call or email with any questions regarding this workshop and the required supplies prior to registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY : Class fees are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a store credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their class fee.
