A marvellous oversized bag with webbing handles that continue down to the bottom seam and a second horizontal handle position, with the potential to tuck away the larger bag.

Seam allowance is 1.5cm and is included in the pattern.

Skill level: beginner.

Fabric suggestions: We would suggest using a cotton canvas or denim, dry oilskin, and for a softer look linen would also work well. For more fabric suggestions click on the 'Suitable Fabrics' tab.

Finished Measurements:

  • Length (measurement taken flat) 55cm's
  • Width (measurement taken flat) 62cm's

These are tight lays, measure your fabric and take care with fabrics with a deep selvedge.

Additional Supplies:

  • 1 x Matching thread.
  • 5.3M of webbing, we recommend using our 25mm British Webbing. However you can use any width of webbing you just don’t want to use anything too heavy weight.

Fabric Requirements:

  • 80cm's wide, without nap 1.45M
  • 130 - 150cm's wide, without nap 0.8M

Pattern Updates and Erratas:

  • Tailor tacks added for handle position.
