Join us for a relaxed, community-led sew-along where we’ll be making the Merchant & Mills Weekender bag together - sharing progress, questions, discoveries, and cheering each other on.
This sew-along is designed as a making-in-community experience rather than a traditional class. We’ll meet weekly to work alongside one another, talk through tricky sections, and learn from the process.
We'll all be making this pattern for the first time, so this is truly a shared experience.
How the Sew-Along Works
• We’ll meet for one hour each week over four weeks
• Each session will have a loose focus (prep, construction, assembly, finishing)
• You’re welcome to sew, listen, ask questions, or simply be in the room
• Progress will look different for everyone and that’s expected
• The weekly Zoom sessions will be recorded and available for replay
• Between sessions, you’ll be encouraged to share updates, questions, and tips in the community space
This sew-along is a good fit if you:
• Enjoy learning through doing
• Like hearing how others approach the same pattern
• Appreciate accountability without pressure
• Are comfortable working at your own pace
Access
• Free for the workroom studio community members
