Mariposa was developed as part of the Kona Colour Society, a colour-focused series created by the workroom. Each bundle in the series was curated around a specific colour idea, designed to support hands-on exploration and more intentional colour choices in patchwork and quilting.

Mariposa is a rich blend of warm neutrals, deep blacks, soft creams, cool green blues and muted oranges capturing a sense of depth and movement. The mix of earthy and desaturated tones feels both grounded and dynamic, creating a quiet sophistication through the balance of light and shadow.

This fifteen-piece Kona Solids set is curated by team workroom and is available in fat quarters or half metres.
