New! Haptic Lab Quilt Kits

It’s true. There are plenty of pretty things to get excited about at the workroom. Nonetheless, we were pretty excited to receive a shipment of Haptic Lab DIY quilt kits in the shop last week. We’ve been lusting after people’s Haptic projects for a long while, and now we can get cracking on our own map and constellation quilts! It would be so neat to customize these quilt projects with your favourite landmarks and places. The finished size of 36” x 42” would make a great baby or lap quilt, or even a wall hanging.

We can’t wait to see more of these in person as you turn these kits into quilts! There was much oohing and ahhing over Yvonne’s finished Northern Stars quilt at our last Quilt Sunday. (And with good reason. Yvonne’s been working on this beauty for months! The Valdani pearl silk she used for her stars is such a luxurious touch!)

Maybe yours will be next? Pick up a kit in the shop to make your own quilted map of Paris, London, New York, Brooklyn or the stars (Northern Constellations or Southern Constellations)!
