Sweater Mending is part of our mending series that will give you the tools you need to repair and reinforce your favourite garments. Scotch darning uses rows of interconnected blanket stitches over a long weaving style thread. Use this visible mending technique to add beauty to your favourite well worn sweater. 
                                                                                                                             
This hand work mending class is one 3-hour session.

Instructor : Carolanne Graham

Pre-requisite : None! You will learn simple hand stitch mending techniques that require no previous experience.


CLASS SUPPLIES : Class fees include workshop registration and in-shop use of sewing machines and irons. All supplies, materials and personal tools are to be provided by each student, unless otherwise specified. Upon enrolment, a Class Confirmation and Supply List will be emailed by our shop team so that these items can be gathered or purchased prior to the class. We welcome a visit, call or email with any questions regarding this workshop and the required supplies prior to registration.


CANCELLATION POLICY : Class fees are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a store credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their class fee.
