THE WORKROOM PARKDALE : This workshop is scheduled to take place in our new studio at 207 Cowan Avenue, Unit A. We can't wait to welcome you there!

Our fast and easy baby quilt is sure to become your go-to gift for the new babies in your life. Large-scale shapes make this pretty 40” quilt top come together quickly, while a simplified edge treatment leaves lots of time to spend on your machine quilting. Quilt Essentials is a perfect entry into the beautiful world of patchwork!

This quilting class is three 3-hour sessions. This class meets each Thursday for three weeks, October 10, 17 & 24.

Instructor : Johanna Masko

Prerequisite : Sewing Machine Essentials or equivalent experience. You must be able to confidently set up and use a sewing machine

CLASS SUPPLIES : Class fees include workshop registration and in-shop use of sewing machines and irons. All supplies, materials and personal tools are to be provided by each student, unless otherwise specified. Upon enrolment, a Class Confirmation and Supply List will be emailed by our shop team so that these items can be gathered or purchased prior to the class. We welcome a visit, call or email with any questions regarding this workshop and the required supplies prior to registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY : Class fees are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a store credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their class fee.

Our bright Parkdale Studio is equipped with Bernina sewing machines and sergers, large cutting tables and ironing stations. Students will also learn to use specialty presser feet, essential sewing machine features as required for their class project.

Students have complimentary access to the sewing studio until completion of their class project.
