· knit fabric with 50–75% stretch, preferably with a spandex content.
Blends of Bamboo, Rayon, Cotton, Lycra, Silk, Nylon, and Tencel are appropriate.
100% cotton tends to stretch out quickly.

· 1⁄2 metre of tracing paper such as Pattern Ease Tracing Material or Swedish Tracing Paper*
