Merchant & Mills : The Foreman Pattern
Inspired by traditional workwear of the early fifties, the practical and hardwearing this pattern is an unlined utilitarian jacket made to take charge.
Features a boxy cut, 2 piece sleeves, a neat square collar, 2 hip pockets and one breast pocket.
Can be optionally top-stitched in contrasting thread.
The lengthened Foreman that pictured is a size 38 at the shoulder graded out at the underarm/side seam to a size 42 and lengthened to a finished length of 110cm.
Seam allowances are included in the pattern at 1.5cm, unless otherwise stated.
Sizes : UK size 36 - 46
Suggested Fabrics : Dry oilskin, cotton canvas and twill, 8-13oz denim, mid-heavyweight linen, corduroy, woollen tweed.
