Merchant & Mills : The Cassidy Pattern
Practical and hardworking, Cassidy is an unstructured jumpsuit featuring an elasticated back and front tie. Long or short sleeves and a wide leg with side pockets.
Skill level : Intermediate.
Fabric suggestions - medium weight wovens such as sanded twill, 5-8oz denims, yarn dyed linens, linen/cotton/wool blends and cotton poplin. If you are an experienced sewer you could try tencel, tencel/linen, corduroy, more drapey linens, prints and checks.

- Matching thread.
- 0.6M/ 3/4YD interfacing.
- 7 x 14-18MM/1/2 - 3/4" buttons.
- 0.4M/1/2YD lining for pockets.
- 3CM/1 1/4" elastic x 40.5 (42.5, 45, 47.5, 50, 52.5, 55)CM /16 (16 3/4, 17 3/4, 18 3/4, 19 3/4, 20 3/4, 21 3/4)" (sizes 8-18 in brackets).
All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless otherwise stated.
Merchant & Mills patterns are now printed within Europe, the pattern paper is 70gsm white (FSC® certified) and is made only 180km away from the printers. The instructions now come in booklet format rather than A3 sheets. The paper is PEFC/01-31-126 certified.
