Hitting the Pause Button

Looks like we all need to pause for a couple weeks.

While we have already been closed since March 17th, we will now slow everything right down. There will just be a single person checking in on the shop and orders over this extended closure period. We will be leaving our online shop open, but any new orders will be held in queue until we can be back in the shop, shipping safely to you in April. All current orders from prior to March 24th have been packed and shipped. Curbside pick up is on hold for any new orders. We hope you will still shop the site and think of it as pre-ordering for your April projects. (You may want to check out the actual Merchant & Mills pre-order!)

If you have a past order you need to pick up, please email the us to arrange a specific time when someone will be in the shop to do a curbside pick up with you. Machine repairs are still in progress and we will be in touch to update you individually on those.

We are continuing to process your class postponements. Apologies that this is slow going but we will be in touch with you soon if you are on our list. The best way to reach us is email so we have a record of your message.

I'll be taking this time to refocus how we can continue to engage and support our community in new ways.
