COVID 19 POLICY : This workshop has been scheduled as part of our transition to a new Masking Optional policy. We strongly encourage all attendees to wear masks while attending our workshop sessions. Fall in love with making your own underwear! Once you discover how fun it is to custom sew your undies you’ll want to make every pair. We’ll be sewing underwear patterns by lingerie designer Sophie Hines in the style of your choice. This class is a great entry into sewing with knits. We’ll learn about knit fabric and practice seam finishes and elastic application using the sewing machine.

This apparel class is two 3-hour sessions. This class meets each Saturday for two weeks, June 17 & 24.

Instructor : Leo Schlanger

Prerequisite : Beginner garment sewing experience is necessary to take this class. Students must have completed a previous garment and be confident using a sewing machine on their own.

CLASS SUPPLIES : Class fees include workshop registration and in-shop use of sewing machines and irons. All supplies, materials and personal tools are to be provided by each student, unless otherwise specified. Upon enrolment, a Class Confirmation and Supply List will be emailed by our shop team so that these items can be gathered or purchased prior to the class. We welcome a visit, call or email with any questions regarding this workshop and the required supplies prior to registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY : Class fees are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a store credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their class fee.
