Dye your own batch of solid, variegated, or speckled yarn in this fun workshop. Students will work with wool yarn and acid dyes that are a safe, with low impact. We will prepare and skein your yarn, and discuss tips for colour mixing to create any and every colour.

One skein of wool yarn is included with the class.
Additional skeins of yarn are available for purchase during the class if you wish to dye multiple colours.

This surface design class is one 3-hour session.

Prerequisite : None! This is a beginner dyeing class.

CLASS SUPPLIES : Class fees include workshop registration and in-shop use of sewing machines and irons. All supplies, materials and personal tools are to be provided by each student, unless otherwise specified. Upon enrolment, a Class Confirmation and Supply List will be emailed by our shop team so that these items can be gathered or purchased prior to the class. We welcome a visit, call or email with any questions regarding this workshop and the required supplies prior to registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY : Class fees are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a store credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their class fee.
